WW - oh foam roller!

Want to laugh at my expense? I was foam rolling the other night (it's become part of my nightly routine since my injury) and it hurt SO bad. My husband took this picture of me and my lovely face while I was foam rolling. If you have foam rolled you can appreciate it I'm sure! hahaha



And no, I didn't go wordless! I'm such a rule breaker.
